We offer both in-person and virtual assessments, making it easy for families to select the option that best suits their location and schedule. Virtual assessments are conducted through a secure platform, allowing us to maintain the same level of thoroughness and care, even from a distance.

Assessment Fees

To provide a detailed evaluation and customized care recommendations, our fees are as follows:

  • Scheduled Assessment Fee: ₦35,000
  • Registration Form: ₦10,000

These fees cover our comprehensive review, which is the foundation of a successful, individualized care plan.

Holistic Health and Lifestyle Evaluation

We conduct a complete review of health, mobility, and daily activities, helping us to identify the most effective level of support. Our team also takes the time to understand lifestyle preferences and routines, ensuring a personalized approach that respects your loved one’s unique needs.

Home Safety and Environment Review

For clients interested in our Home Care or House Manager Services, we provide a thorough safety and accessibility review of the home environment (either in person or virtually). This evaluation allows us to offer recommendations for adjustments or aids that enhance comfort, security, and mobility at home.

Customized Care Recommendations

Following the assessment, we create a tailored care plan with individualized recommendations—whether that’s regular home visits, a transition to our welcoming Care Home, or the attentive oversight of a House Manager. Each care plan is built around the specific needs identified during the assessment, maximizing quality of life.

Detailed Family Report and Next Steps

After the assessment, we provide families with a comprehensive report that details our findings and recommended next steps. This report includes personalized care goals, suggested services, and actionable insights to support informed care decisions.
