Welcome to Elder Care Platform Name. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.


1. Definitions

1.1. “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Elder Care.
1.2. “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing our platform or using our services.
1.3. “Services” refers to the Care Home, Caregiver, Training, House Manager, Home Care, On-site Lab and Diagnostics, and Equipment Sales services provided through the platform.


2. General Terms

2.1. All users must provide accurate information during registration or when requesting services.
2.2. Services are only available to users aged 18 or older.
2.3. Use of the platform is at the user’s sole risk. We are not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of our services.


3. Care Home Services

3.1. Admission to the care home requires an assessment of medical and personal needs. Admission decisions are final.
3.2. Respite care is subject to availability and may have a limited duration.
3.3. Cancellation of care home services must be notified at least 7 days in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our cancellation policy.


4. Caregiver Services

4.1. Caregiver matching is based on user needs and preferences. Changes to caregivers may be requested but are subject to availability.
4.2. Caregiver services must be paid in advance, and invoices will be provided upon request.
4.3. Users agree not to directly hire caregivers introduced through our platform without notifying us.


5. Caregiver Training

5.1. Training fees are non-refundable once the program begins.
5.2. Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of the program.
5.3. We reserve the right to deny certification if the participant fails to meet the course requirements.


6. House Manager Services

6.1. An initial assessment fee of ₦35,000 and booking fee of ₦10,000 are required to begin the service.
6.2. Bi-weekly reports will be provided to clients, summarizing observations and recommendations.
6.3. Cancellation or suspension of the service must be communicated at least 14 days in advance.


7. Home Care Services

7.1. Home care plans are customized based on the initial assessment. Additional services may incur extra charges.
7.2. All home care services must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
7.3. On-site sample collection is available as part of home care services, and diagnostic reports will be delivered online.


8. On-site Lab and Diagnostic Services

8.1. Sample collection is conducted exclusively at the client’s location.
8.2. Diagnostic reports will be shared electronically, and any follow-up support is provided solely online.
8.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or external lab processing times.


9. Equipment Sales

9.1. All sales are final unless the equipment is defective.
9.2. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
9.3. Installation services must be requested during purchase and may incur additional charges.


10. Payments

10.1. All services must be paid for in advance unless stated otherwise.

10.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.


11. Cancellations and Refunds

11.1. Refunds are issued only in specific circumstances and at our discretion.

13. Liability

13.1. We are not responsible for medical complications, emergencies, or other adverse events resulting from delays, misinformation, or misuse of our services.

14.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform.


15. Governing Law

15.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oyo State.
